<br />01 storing, using, or consuming in this state any articles of <br />02 tangible personal property 1?urchased at retail. Such tax <br />03 shall be payable to and shall be collected by the executive <br />04 director of the department of revenue and shall be computed in <br />05 accordance with schedules or systems approved by said <br />06 executive director. <br />07 SECTION 6. Repeal. 37-95-107.5, Colorado Revised <br />08 Statutes, as amended, is repealed. <br />09 SECTION 7. Effective date. This act shall take effect <br />10 January 1, 1987. <br />11 SECTION 8. Safety clause.
