PersonneIlResources Commitment <br /> <br />Personnel: The ICON Team currently has the capacity to undertake a contract of this size and <br />complexity in the required time. Our significant relevant review experience, expertise, and <br />familiarity with the CWCB will eliminate much of the learning curve and will allow us to get <br />off to a quick start. The depth and breadth of professional staff, management structure, <br />automated project tracking system information, and previous experience allow us to assure the <br />CWCB that we can conduct and support this contract without sacrificing task schedule or <br />technical quality. Additionally, our state-of-the-art equipment, moderate workload, and <br />experience in mobilizing for projects on a compressed schedule make us uniquely qualified to <br />meet your needs. While every single person from our firms could not possibly be available, <br />we do have access to a large and deep pool of individuals to more than adequately support <br />whatever tasks may be required by the CWCB.
