A. Relevant Project Experience.

ICON specializes in drainage and flood control. Since the company's furmation, and
previously while doing business as G&O, the firm has averaged over 45 major drainagelt100d
control projects every year for the past 12 years, Many ofthese projects have involved similar
tasks that will be required for the State's anticipated scope of work. We often help our public
sector clients in identifYing project needs, assessing funding opportunities, and then defining
implementation strategies, We currently provide floodplain mapping reviews for a number of
communities, including the Urban Drainage & Flood Contro]! District, Arapahoe County,
Columbine Valley, Sterling, Grand Junction and Eagle, Other, related project experience
includes:

Flood Insurance Studies Review, Natiouwide: While doing busniness as the Colorado
branch ofiice of Greenhorne & O'Mara, we completed water resources engineering
(principally hydrology, river hydraulics, hydraulic structures analysis, coastal and lacustrine
engineering) and cartographic production of study reports and maps under a contract with
FEMA, Our professionals were actively involved in the review of Flood Insurance Studies
and Flood Insurance Rate and Flood Boundary Floodway Maps, and LOMR/CLOMR
submittals, One of the significant special projects included the preparation of "Guidelines for
Review of Hydrologic and Hydraulic Engineering Studies," This guideline was used by our
office in its review of over 110 submittals,
Staff Assignments: Penn Gildersleeve, P,E, - Project Director
Doug Williams, P,E, - Project Manager
Matt Ursetta, P,E, - Project Engineer
Client Reference: Miscellaneous Projects throughout FEMA Regions IV, V, and VI

Spring Creek, Fort Collins: Submittal of a FEMA Map Revision under the Limited Map
Maintenance Program (LMMP), Completed hydrology, hydraulics, and floodplain revisions
for 7,5 miles along Spring Creek. A Physical Map Revision was prepared for Spring Creek
on behalf of the City of Fort Collins, Spring Creek is a major tributary to the Cache La
Poudre River. The study reach involved approximately 7,8 miles of Spring Creek from the
confluence with the Cache La Poudre upstream through the heavily developed creek reach in
Fort Collins to the outlet of Horsethooth Reservoir.
Staff Assignments: Douglas Williams, P,E, - Project Director
Kent Barringer, P,E. - Project Engineer
Client Reference: City of For Collins - Mr. Bob Smith (970) 221-6589

Major Drainageway Planning, City of Boulder: Floodplain Studies; Boulder Creek
Tributaries, Boulder City and County: Hydrology and hydraulic analysis of 26,8 miles of
streams tributary to Boulder Creek within Boulder County, Flood hazard area maps were
produced for the 100-year flood event and profiles plotted DJr the 100-year and 10-year
events, Floodway encroachment was calculated, This effort also included hydrology and
floodplain analysis of the 10-year, 50-year, 100-year, and SOO-year flood events for an 8.4-
mile study reach of South Boulder Creek, which is a 132 square mile drainage basin extending
from Eldorado Springs to the confluence with Boulder Creek all in Boulder County,
