It is hereby understood that the agreement entered into <br /> <br />hereunder and the corresponding mutual aid operational <br /> <br />plan adopted thereto shall not supplant pre-existing <br />mutual aid agreements nor deny the right of either party <br /> <br />hereto to negoti ate supp 1 ementa 1 mutual aid agreements. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise lawfully prohibited by pre-existing <br /> <br />agreements, mutual aid extended pursuant to this agreement <br /> <br />shall be reimbursed by the party requesting such aid, <br /> <br />on the basis of actual cost incurred by the furnishing <br /> <br />party unless by mutual agreement the parties agree to <br /> <br />furnish aid at no cost. <br /> <br />5. Mutua 1 ai d extended pursuant to thi s agreement and the <br />operational plan therewith associated shall be furnished <br />in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 28-2-113, <br />CRS 1973, as well as other provisions of law. The respon- <br /> <br />sible local official, in whose jurisdiction an incident <br /> <br />requiring mutual aid has occurred, shall remain in charge <br /> <br />, <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />at such time as mutual aid is provided including the <br />di rection--or such.. personnel -amrother-resou"rces as are <br /> <br />, <br />---I <br />, <br /> <br />provided pursuant to this agreement unless said local <br /> <br />official shall delegate such responsibility. <br />6.
