The Board of <br />Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, at their <br />April 20 meeting, passed Resolution No. 26, Series of 1989 (copy <br />enclosed) adopting this report. We request that the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board consider the 100-year floodplains described in this <br />report for designation as flood hazard areas. Westminster, Broomfield, <br />Adams County and Jefferson County will be responsible for regulating the <br />floodplains. <br /> <br />We will be happy to make a presentation to your Board, if you so <br />desire.
