Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, under contract to <br />the Federal Insurance Administration, completed a floodplain report entitled "Flood Insurance <br />Study, Town of Rangely, Colorado, Rio Blanco County", dated December 1, 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed and approximate floodplain information for <br />streams within the corporate limits of the Town of Rangely, as they were on December 1, 1977, <br />including the White River; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the Town of <br />Rangely, by Resolution No. 81, adopted on September 23, 1977, designated and approved the <br />detailed and the approximate floodplain information included in said report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain report <br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Rangely, Colorado, Rio Blanco County", dated <br />September 27, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for streams within the <br />corporate limits of the Town of Rangely, as they were on September 27, 1985, which revised the <br />detailed information contained in Resolution No. 81 for the White River; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the Town of <br />Rangely, by Resolution No. 241, adopted on November 7, 1985, designated and approved the <br />detailed floodplain information included in said report and rescinded the portion of the detailed <br />floodplain information contained in Resolution No, 81 relating to the White River; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain <br />information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Rangely, Colorado, Rio Blanco <br />County", dated September 28, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed and approximate floodplain information for <br />streams within the corporate limits of the Town ofRangely, as they were on September 28,1990, <br />, which revised the detailed information contained in Resolution No. 24 I, including the information <br />for the White River; and <br /> <br />.. <br />
