The damage potential of this area is high and <br />costs of modifying these culverts will rise very ropidly with time due to congestion <br />in the area; therefore, this construction should be a high priority project. <br /> <br />Low Priority Items <br /> <br />The 96th Avenue crossing is extremely undersized and should hove top <br />priority in this category. The remainder of the items should be implemented as <br />the local entities ore able to release funds for them os it is difficult to assign <br />priorities to them. <br /> <br />V-2 <br />
