Recommendation in the plan to enforce the 100-year floodplain regulation. <br /> <br /> <br />2. A discussion that clearly points out the need for regulating a residual <br /> <br /> <br />100-year floodplain that may remain after the plan is implemented. Also <br /> <br />point out that the existing 100-year floodplain has to be regulated until <br /> <br /> <br />it is modified by physical changes to the existing Slaughterhouse Gulch <br /> <br />William P. This places the submittal of the draft <br />in the vicinity of January 14, 1983. <br /> <br />drainageway facilities. We are all <br />pleased with the Phase A report and look forward to the completion of <br />the final Phase B, Master Plan, report, <br /> <br />existing channel conditions. <br /> <br />3. Encouragement to purchase flood insurance. <br /> <br />4. A provision for an adequate maintenance access to all drainageway reaches. <br />Any separate maintenance trail should have a minimum flat surface width of <br /> <br />10 feet. <br /> <br />5.
