<br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver. <br />Colorado, this 13th day of March, 1987, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as floodplain areas those areas described <br />as being inundated by a lOO-year flood as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new revised <br />Flood Insurance Study for those portions of Dry Creek from its <br />confluence with the Cache la Poudre River upstream to the <br />eastern corporate limit of the City of Fort Collins and from <br />the northern corporate limit of the City of Fort Collins <br />upstream to a point approximately 500 feet downstream of <br />Shields Street and those portions of the Fall River. the Big <br />Thompson River, and Black Canyon Creek that are listed in Table <br />1 and does hereby rescind those said portions of Resolution <br />No.128, dated January 31. 1979; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />City of Estes Park. the City of Fort Collins, the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Larimer County, and the Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />Q ~ R T l E l QaT ~ <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of <br />a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled <br />at Denver, Colorado, on the 13th day of March, 1987, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />.Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />-4- <br />
