<br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Bqard has reviewed said report and <br />does hereby recommend to' the Colorado Water Conservat ion Board <br />that the Board designate and approve as floodplain areas those <br />areas inundated by an approximate 100-year flood (intermediate <br />regional flood) as described in said report: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 13th day of July, 1984, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being <br />inundated by a lOa-year flood as described in said report: and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLED that the Board does hereby designate <br />and approve as storm or floodwater runoff channels or basins <br />those approximate areas as delineated in the floodplain <br />information report contingent upon the understanding that Eagle <br />County will regulate the storm and floodwater runoff channels on <br />a case-by-case basis in accordance with "Eagle County Floodplain <br />Regulations," Section 6-402, Use Regulations for Floodprone <br />Distririts, Eagle County: and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that th~ Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Board <br />of County, Commissioners of Eagle County, the U.S. Geological <br />Survey, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 13th day of July, 1984, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />/lz{ , <br /> <br />McDonald, Secretary <br /> <br />
