<br />3 <br /> <br />elevations. Copies of Elevation Certificates, A Guide for <br />Community Permit Officials and suggested permit forms, were <br />provided to Clty staff. These can be utilized to record the <br />information on floodplain location, elevations, and <br />floodproofing, which are required by your ordinance and by <br />Federal regulations. We request that an Elevation <br />Certificate be prepared for the Robbins property and that it <br />be kept in City files. <br /> <br />; <br />I <br />I <br />" <br /> <br />Finally, Mr. Al Moffett requested the addresses of flood <br />insurance policyholders. If the purpose of the request is <br />for hazard mitigation we can release names and addresses.
