<br />Flood Insurance Study and Hydrology Addendum, or based on the best available floodplain <br />_ information that is accessible to the County; and <br /> <br />DESIGNATION AND APPROVAL ACTION <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, this 20th day of November 2000, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year floodplain delineations as listed <br />in Table 1 for unincorporated portions of San Miguel County, Telluride, and Sawpit contained in said <br />new Flood Insurance Study dated September 30, 1992 and said new Hydrology Addendum dated <br />November 2000, with included Flood Insurance Rate Maps; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby designate and approve as <br />approximate floodplain information the 100-year floodplain delineations as listed in Table 2 for <br />unincorporated portions of San Miguel County, Telluride, and Sawpit contained in said new Flood <br />Insurance Study dated September 30,1992 and said new Hydrology Addendum dated November 2000, <br />with included Flood Insurance Rate Maps; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to San Miguel County, the Town of Telluride, the Town of Sawpit, and the <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency Region 8. <br /> <br />CER TIFICA TE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the <br />members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at Denver, Colorado <br />on the 20th day of November 2000, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />R~Ki: L <br /> <br />Rod Kuharich, Director <br /> <br />res-534,doc twb <br /> <br />5 <br />
