J\ mobile home attached to a permanent foundation, provided it shall be <br />occupied by a caretaker or security guard who is necessary for security <br />of the permitted use. <br /> <br />E. Radio and television transmitting towers. <br /> <br />F. Sanitary landfill. <br /> <br />3.64. Minimum Lot Area: <br /> <br />The minimum lot area shall be three times the total floor area, excluding base- <br />ments, of all buildings located on the premises. No building shall be constructed <br />in an Industrial Mining District unless it is served with a central collection <br />system, secondary sewage treatment facil iti es, and di si nfecti on facil i ti es as <br />approved by the Colorado Department of Health and the local health authority. <br /> <br />A - 7 <br />
