Minimum Lot Area: <br /> <br />A. For dwelling units - 35 acres per dwelling unit as related to uses permitted <br />by right or larger if required by on-site percolations tests or other require- <br />ments of the Colorado Department of Health and the local health authority, ex- <br />cept that dwelling units located in recreational resorts developed in accord- <br />ance with Section 6, of this resolution may be permitted to a maximum density <br />of one unit per acre of gross residential land area if central water treatment <br />facilities are provided for all dwelling units which are satisfactory to the <br />Colorado Department of Health and the local health authority and no lot shall <br />be built upon for any purpose unless it is served water distribution and such <br />collection and treatment facilities, or meets the specific requirements for <br />similar units spelled out in the Lake County Subdivision Regulations. <br /> <br />B. Uses Permitted by Right: <br /> <br />A. Any scientific research, manufacturing, compounding, storage of products or <br />raw materials, fabrication, assembling, processing, or treatment of products, <br />distribution, wholesaling, food or beverage processing, or similar types of <br />uses, but not to include junk yards. <br /> <br />B. I~ining, concentrating, refining, or mixing for shipment of peat moss, minerals, <br />sand and gravel or other materials subject to all applicable State and Federal <br />regulations for health and safety, <br /> <br />C. Accessory uses and structures. <br /> <br />D. Parking and loading areas. <br /> <br />E. Tailing piles or ponds SUbject to State, Federal and local regulations per- <br />taining to health, safety and pollution of water and air. <br /> <br />F. Outdoor storage of equipment and materials used in the operation of the per- <br />mitted use. <br /> <br />e.
