<br />WHEREAS, the information in said report meets all of the requirements for detailed information ,'-_ <br />listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and ... <br />of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular <br />meeting assembled in Breckenridge, Colorado, this 4th day of November, 1994, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year floodplains as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said report, dated August 3, 1989; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the Town of Sedgwick; the Board of County Commissioners of Sedgwick <br />County; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; the U.S, Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha <br />District; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority vote <br />of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Breckenridge, Colorado, on the 4th day of November, 1994, at which a quorum was present.
