Pertinent information about the request is listed below,

Identifier:

Troy Hill

Flooding Source:

Sand Creek Center Tributary

FIRM Panel(s) Affected:

08041C0753 F

We have completed an inventory of the items that you submitted. The items identified below are required
before we can begin a detailed review of your request.

I. Based on your submitted information, it appears that new structures (i.e., bridges) have been
constructed and new conditions exist along Sand Creek Center Tributary since the effective date of the
FIRM. Please submit an existing conditions model, both in hard copy and digital format, for Sand
Creek Center Tributary, ensuring that the existing conditions model ties into the effective information
within 0.5 foot, or within 0.0 feet if practical, at the upstream and downstream tie-in locations.

2. Paragraph 65.6(a)(2) of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations states that to avoid
discontinuities between revised and unrevised flood data, hydraulic analyses must have a logical
transition between revised elevations of the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled or
exceeded in any given year (base flood) and those developed previously for areas not affected by the
revision. Please ensure that the proposed conditions hydraulic analysis for Sand Creek Center
Tributary ties into the existing conditions hydraulic analysis within 0,5 foot, or within 0.0 feet if
practical, at both the downstream and upstream ends of the proposed revised reach. If the proposed
conditions model does not tie into the existing conditions model within 0.5 foot at the upstream and
downstream ends of the proposed revised reach, please revise the proposed conditions model to do so.

3. A regulatory floodway is shown on the effective FIRM for Sand Creek Center Tributary. Please
submit digital files and hard copies of the proposed conditions floodway models.

4. Please indicate the vertical datum used for the topographic information shown on the work map
entitled "Troy Hill / Sand Creek Center Tributary Plan View Topographic Map for FEMA CLOMR
Submittal" prepared by your finn, dated January 11, 2003.

3601 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia 2230+6425 PH: 103.960.8800 FX: 103.960.9125

Mlchaol Bakor Jr., Inc., undor contract with tho FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY, Is a
Map Coordination Contractor for tho National Flood Insuranco Program
