ActuallProiected Source of Funds <br /> <br />At this time, the City of Fort Collins is the sole non-FEMA source of funds_ No other <br />Federal funds have been applied for. As demonstrated by the attached commitment letter <br />from the City (see TAB 8 after PART 13) a total of $15,000, including in-kind and <br />contractual services, will be provided_ The in-kind services will consist of project <br />management, technical assistance and field support for improved program <br />implementation.
