NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water
Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver,
Colorado, this 11th day of December, 1987, tha t it does hereby
designate and approve as floodplain areas those areas described
as being inundated by a 100-year flood as described by the
floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report,
dated September 3D, 1987, and doe.s hereby rescind that said
portion of Resolution No. 113, dated November I, 1978, arid that
said portion of Resolution No. 164, dated September 9, 1980;
and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is
directed to send a certified copy of this 'resolution to the
Town of Castle Rock, the Board of County Commissioners of
Douglas County, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
