<br />Table 3 <br />Detailed Floodplain InfornJation Which Is Consistent <br />With Previouslv Desil!nated Detailed Information in Resolution No. 60 <br /> <br />Beaver Creek from Interstate Highway 76 to a point approximately I 1,130 feet upstream from its confluence <br />with the Upper Platte and Beaver Canal, a reach of approximately 7.4 miles <br /> <br />;and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report includes approximate floodplain information within the <br />unincorporated portions of Morgan County, as of September 29, 1989, for the stream reaches as <br />listed in Table 4, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein: <br /> <br />Table 4 <br />Approximate Floodplain Information Which Is Inconsistent <br />With Previouslv Desil!nated Detailed Information in Resolution No. 306 <br /> <br />Kiowa Creek in the vicinity of the Town of Wiggin, from Interstate Highway 76 upstream to a point <br />approximately 2 miles upstream from Highway 76 <br /> <br />;and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate floodplain information for the South Platte River contained in <br />said report is consistent with the previously desi~nated approximate information contained in the <br />May 1977 Special Flood Hazard Information Report (Resolution No. 392) within the <br />unincorporated portions of Morgan County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board completed a new addendum entitled <br />"Hydrology Addendum for Approximate Floodplains, Morgan County, Colorado" dated April 1997 <br />which provides hydrology information for certain approximate floodplain delineations contained in <br />aforesaid "Flood Insurance Study, Morgan County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas" dated <br />September 29, 1989; and <br /> <br />LOCAL REOUEST FOR DESIGNATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Morgan County, Colorado bas requested the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board to designate and approve the floodplain information contained in said Flood Insurance Study <br />dated September 29, 1989 with included Hydrology Addendum dated April 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Morgan County, Colorado, has not requested the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to rescind any of the approxiJ1late or detailed floodplain information contained <br />in Resolution Nos. 60, 306, and 392; and <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br />
