<br />" <br /> <br />AND: <br /> <br />issued a permit for such work. <br /> <br /> <br />(6) Flood Hazard Information: All applications for building permits <br /> <br />AND: <br /> <br />in the Flood Hazard District shall be accompanied by a cross <br /> <br />section or sections, as appropriate, through the subject pro- <br /> <br />perty showing proposed building use, location and elevation in <br /> <br />relation to the intermediate regional flood, such information <br /> <br />to be referrenced to the nearest flood elevation benchmarks as <br /> <br />shown on the Flood Hazard Zone District Map. Determination of <br /> <br />the intermediate regional flood elevation on the subject pro- <br /> <br />perty shall be the responsibility of the building inspector, <br /> <br />utilizing services of any other county staff or consultants, of <br /> <br />which costs shall be incurred by the applicant. The applicant <br /> <br />may submit his own technical evidence as to the elevation of <br /> <br />the intermediate regional flood on the subject property, if he <br /> <br />so desires, provided it is signed by a registered land surveyor <br /> <br />or professional engineer. <br /> <br />(7) Flood Proofing: All applications for building permits in the <br />Flood Hazard District shall be accompanied by plans and speci- <br /> <br />fications for flood proofing proposed buildings or structures <br /> <br />in conformance with provisions of this regulation. Where ap- <br /> <br />plicable, "Flood Proofing Regulation Manual", U.S. Corps of <br /> <br />Engineers, June 1972, will be used as a guide. <br />'-: <br /> <br />A certified copy of this Resolution is to be filed, according <br /> <br />to law, in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder, Fremont <br /> <br />-18- <br />
