Colorado, Volumes 1 and 2." which includes <br />floodplain information and data for Weir Gulch. "Sanderson <br />Gulch, Goldsmith Gulch, Southmoor Park Tributary to Goldsmith <br />Gulch, Cherry Creek. Sand Creek. First Avenue Tributary to Weir <br />Gulch. Dakota Avenue Tributary to Weir Gulch, Dry Gulch <br />(Tributary to Lakewood GUlch). Lakewood Gulch. Harvard Gulch. <br />Dry Gulch (Tributary to Harvard Gulch), West Harvard Gulch, <br />Clear Creek, and Bear Creek, dated April IS, 1986, has been <br />prepared by Gingery Associates, Inc.. under contract with the <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report includes flood-prone areas (Zone A), <br />which are approxima te 100-year floodpla ins. for the fallowing <br />streams: <br /> <br />Westerly Creek <br />First Cre"ek <br />First Creek Tributary <br />Sloans Lake Basin <br />Coon Creek <br />Marston Lake Drainage <br />South Platte River <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Urban Draina~e and Flood Control District. at <br />the request of certain communities. has previously completed <br />certain floodplain delineation reports within the corporate <br />limits of the City and county of Denver and adjacent <br />communities as listed in Table I, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board. as <br />requested by the Urban Draina~e and Flood Control District and <br />certain communities, approved and designated the floodplains <br />which lie within the City and County and adjacent communities <br />in the said reports listed in table 1; and <br /> <br />1542E <br />
