WHEREAS, a floodplain information report
Plain Information, Boxelder Cteek Watershed,
Colorado," was prepared by the u.s. Depart~ent
Soil Conservation Service, dated May, 1970; and

entitled "Flood
Larimer County,

WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested
by the Boad of County Commissioners of Larimer county, by
resolution No.9, adopted June 3, 1970, approved and designated
the floodplains described in said report; and

WHEREAS, a new report entitled" Master Drainageway planning
Study, Cooper Slough, Boxelde~ Creek, City of Fort Collins,
Larimer County," dated August, 1981, has been prepared by Simons,
Li & Associates, Inc.; and

WHEREAS, said report describes and outlines the floodplain
data and information for the storm and floodwater runoff channels
or basins of the study area; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Count.y Commissioners of Larimer County
and the City of Fort Collins nave requested the Colorado Water
Conservation Board to des ignate and approve the floodplain areas
as set forth in the aforesaid' re.port; and

WHEREAS,

designation and approval by the Colorado Water Conservation
Board; and
