The prices shown are the prices paid the original owners by the Board, although <br />the property interests were provided without charge to the Corps. <br /> <br />The applicable information regarding these early acquisitions and prices paid (where <br />available) are as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 115: Owner, Platte River, Ltd.; deed dated 12/29/75; recorded at Arapahoe <br />County at Book 2407, Page 452 on 1/6/76. <br /> <br />Parcel 122: Owner, Platte-Bell Co.; deed dated 7/28/76; recorded at Arapahoe <br />County at Book 2481, Page 279 on 8/11/76; parcel 122-A (a narrow strip of land <br />some 700 feet long and containing 3,340 sq.ft. and lying outside the right of way <br />on the east side of the river) remains in the ownership of the Board. <br /> <br />1 <br />
