At that time we reached agreement on <br />the majority of non-price related issues set forth in my letter <br />to you of January 2, 1991. We agreed that I would write you and <br />confirm our agreement on each issue, suggest new language where <br />appropriate and highlight remaining issues in dispute. I have <br />attached my comments to this letter. <br /> <br />I will discuss the remaining issues in dispute with Frank <br />Akers and David Walker in the near future. It may be helpful for <br />your client to contact David to set up a meeting to discuss price <br />and finalize the contract for some time after March 5, 1991. <br /> <br />You agreed to incorporate the changes we agreed to into a <br />new draft of the agreement. In this new draft I would suggest <br />that the actual price be left blank so we can easily fill it in <br />when we meet after the 5th. <br />
