Adequate measures shall be taken to insure that inlet
and outlet channels are kept open, that trash, drift or debris is not allowed
to accumulate near the drainage structures and that areas used for ponding
for temporary storage of interior runoff during flood periods are not allowed
to fill with Silt, debris and dumped material. Flap and manually operated
gates on drainage structures shall be examined, lubricated and trial operated
at least once every 90 days.
