Passed a resolution declaring an emergency on June 20, <br /> <br /> <br />1983 due to rising flood waters on Clear Creek. In <br /> <br /> <br />cooperation with Clear Creek County and Georgetown, <br />technical assistance from the State and from the Omaha <br /> <br /> <br />District, Corps of Engineers was requested. On June 21, <br /> <br /> <br />1983 the Governor issued a State Declaration for the <br /> <br /> <br />county and directed the Highway Department to provide <br /> <br /> <br />assistance. The state highway department worked for two <br /> <br /> <br />days to get Brown Gulch diverted back into its proper <br /> <br /> <br />channel just above Silver Plume. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />g. Maintained good internal radio communication as well as <br />communication with Georgetown. <br /> <br />h.
