The unit cost for this work is based on the <br />Corp's review comment number 93 and discussions with Rich Stricker from the <br />Corp. This work was also discussed with Rich Straight from the University <br />of Nebraska and quotes were obtained to varify the conversations with Mr. <br />Straight. All of this information is included in the supporting data for <br />this report which is provided under separate cover.
