Whlle there are flood <br />watches out for some east slope rlvers, the potentlally serious flood <br />threats continue to be on the western slope. The followlng rivers are <br />anticlpated to reach peak flood stage on or before June 8, 1984: <br /> <br />Rlver Baslns <br /> <br />Affected Communities <br /> <br />Yampa River (Upper and Lower Basins) Steamboat Springs, Craig, <br />Hayden <br /> <br />Uncompahgre River <br /> <br />Montrose, Olathe, Oelta, <br />Ridgeway <br /> <br />Gunnlson Rlver (above Blue Mesa) <br /> <br />Gunnison, Crested 8utte <br /> <br />The following rivers are antlclpated to peak June 6-7, 1984: <br /> <br />Colorado Rlver <br /> <br />Pallsade, Rlfle, Silt, <br />New Castle, Frulta, <br />Grand Junctlon <br />
