No.2); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report includes detailed hydrology and floodplain delineations for North <br />Clear Creek, Chase Gulch, and Gregory Gulch, that are based on the engineering analyses <br />performed for the study listed as Resolution No. 115 (Table 1 Ref. No.2), within the incorporated <br />portions of Blackhawk, as they were on April 16, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report also includes approximate floodplain delineations for portions of <br />upper Chase Gulch, upper North Clear Creek, wmamed tributary to Gregory Gulch, Fourmile <br />
