<br />l <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment. The Board of <br />Adjustment shall hold a Public Hearing <br />on all requests and petitions for such <br />changes and may grant such provided, <br />however, such change shall conform to <br />all other requirements of this resolution, <br />and, provided it is expressly found to be <br />a use which is of a more restricted clas- <br />sifi cation. <br /> <br />5) Any use which has been permitted in this <br />Section subject to County Planning Commission <br />review and recommendation and County Commis- <br />sioners Approval of Location shall be considered <br />a conforming use. <br /> <br />6) Any alteration or repair to a nonconforming <br />structure which would substantially increase <br />its flood damage potential shall be protected <br />by measures pursuant to part VII. C of this <br />Section. <br /> <br />XI. OTHER COUNTY RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />The Floodway District and Floodway Fringe District shall <br />comply with all applicable County Resolutions and <br />Regulations. <br /> <br />XII. CONFLICT <br /> <br />Whenever this Section shall conflict with the general <br />regulations of the Zoning Resolutions the most restrictive <br />regulations shall apply. <br /> <br />XIII. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />These restrictions apply to all new construction from <br />and after the date of this resolution. <br /> <br />- 28 - <br />
