<br />Robert Krehbiel, PE, Project Manager
<br />Robert is an acknowledged expert in water resources with 12 years of consulting experience, He
<br />is a registered Professional Engineer in two states and has completed engineering projects
<br />throughout most of the western United States. Robert is recognizf:d for his special expertise in
<br />river mechanics and water resources, and holds a Master's Degree in Hydraulic Engineering, He
<br />recently completed an award winning multi-objective watershed study for the Colorado Water
<br />Conservation Board for 66 miles along the Roaring Fork and F~yingpan Rivers nears Aspen,
<br />The project is being used as a model for other watersheds throughout Colorado and also by the
<br />Natural Resource Conservation Service and Department of Environmental Protection in New
<br />York. Additionally, Mr, Krehbiel is a recognized expert in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
<br />and floodplain technical analysis,

<br />William AUender, ASLA, GIS and CADD Graphics
<br />Will is an expert in GIS, infonnation technologies, computer animation and simulation, and
<br />electronic master planning, He has broad experience in the development of applications of these
<br />technologies and has worked for a wide range of public (Colorado Springs Utility Department)
<br />and private (Forest City Stapleton) clients for the past 11 years. Mr, Allender has additional
<br />expertise in land development planning and is a registered landscape architecture,
<br />
<br />Jeff Mace, EIT, Project Engineer
<br />Jeff graduated with honors from the University of Colorado at Df:nver in 1996 with a B,S, in
<br />Civil Engineering, He also obtained his Engineer-In-Training certification in the spring of 1996,
<br />Since that time, Mr. Mace has completed a broad range of civil engineering assignments
<br />including projects for the Colorado Department of Transportation and the US Postal Service, He
<br />is an expert with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Softdesk 8.0 and AutoCADD
<br />release 14,

<br />Quality Control and Scheduling
<br />
<br />Matrix personnel submit time records and review project budgets on a weekly basis, The relative
<br />small size of the firm allows for tight controls on scheduling and budgeting, Project managers
<br />regularly update 8,week and 8-month schedules to organize and control staff utilization, The
<br />Matrix team is very conscientious of project budgets and schedules, and will carefully assess the
<br />project progress to keep CWCB project managers updated for cost control and scheduling,
