(Matrix) is an interdisciplinary planning and engineering firm <br />specializing in professional engineering consulting f(lr communities, municipalities, state and <br />federal government. Recognizing that continuing consolidations within the industry have <br />dramatically reduced options for clients and practitiom~rs, Matrix was formed in September 1999 <br />to renew the traditional role of a professional services firm by building relationships and <br />stressing service and quality over mass marketing. We are as efficacious on small assignments focused on a single problem as <br />we are in forming large-scale program management groups on redevelopment projeds, <br /> <br />Office Location <br /> <br />Matrix has been formed by incorporation in the State' of Colorado and currently has offices in <br />Denver and Colorado Springs, The Floodplain Study Review and j')esignation Program for the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board will be completed entirely out of the Matrix Denver Office, <br />located at the end of the 16th Street Mall in Downtown Denver.
