All of said instruments, drawings, and <br />documents taken together as a whole constitute the entire set of <br />CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. <br /> <br />2.09 CONTRACT PRICE - The total monies payable to the CONTRACTOR under <br />the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. <br /> <br />2.10 CONTRACTOR - The person, firm, partnership, corporation or joint <br />venture with whom the OWNER has executed the Agreement. <br /> <br />2.11 DRAWINGS - The part of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS which show the <br />characteri st i cs and scope of the WORK to be performed and whi ch <br />have been prepared or approved by the ENGINEER and/or OWNER. <br /> <br />2.12 DELETED <br /> <br />2.13 ENGINEER - WRC Engineering, Inc. <br /> <br />2.14 FIELD ORDER - A written order effecting a change in the WORK not <br />involving an adjustment in the CONTRACT PRICE or an extension of <br />the CONTRACT TIME, issued to the CONTRACTOR during construction. <br /> <br />2.15 NOTICE OF AWARD - The written notice of the acceptance of the BID <br />from the OWNER to the successful BIDDER. <br /> <br />IV-4 <br /> <br />(1667-3/90) <br />
