<br />GREENIlORNE & O'MAAA, TNC" <br />PROJECT TEAM <br /> <br />The Project Team for these investigations is shown on Figure 2, A brief <br />description of assigned personnel and their responsibilities is presented below, <br /> <br />Patrick F. Mulhern, P.E. <br />Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. Title: Department liead, Denver Water Resources <br />Project Title: Project Manager <br /> <br />Mr. Mulhern will direct and supervise the engineerin~1 effort and will be <br />responsible for contract negotiation and administration and total project <br />management including scheduling, budgeting, coordination and quality control. <br /> <br />Mr, Mulhern has his Master's Degree in Hydraulic Engineering from Colorado <br />State Un i vers i ty and has ei ght years of exp er i ence in hydro logy and hydrau 1 i c <br />analysis in areas along the Front Range and Western Slope of Colorado. Mr. <br />Mulhern was Principal-in-Charge of drainage and flood control projects at <br />another Denver consulting firm, and has completed numerous hydrologic analyses <br />for the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, the Federal Emergency Management Agency and local <br />municipalities. Mr. Mulhern completed the hydrologic analysis of the Big <br />Thompson River and Tributaries followin~1 the 1976 nood d'isaster, and completed <br />hydrologic analyses of several streams with basins along the Continental Divide <br />as part of the Estes Park Flood Insurance Study. In addition, he has directed <br />the completion of flood insurance studies for more than 25 communities in <br />Co 1 orado and Utah. <br /> <br />Yoram Gordon, Ph.D., P.E. <br />Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. Title: Director of Water Re~;ources, U.S.A. <br />Project Title: Technical Review and Quality Control O'irector <br /> <br />Dr. Gordon will review all technical work and provide an addit'ional level <br />of quality control. <br /> <br />Dr. Gordon has more than thirty years of experience in all aspects of water <br />resources pI ann i ng and des i gn. He has conducted comp rehens i ve pI ann i ng efforts <br />on the Lower Colorado River which involved surface and groundwater hydrology, <br />analysis of water availability for various users, and evallJation of management <br />techniques to optimize water delivery and minimize water quality impacts, He <br />served as Special Consultant for a recent project to evaluate the physical and <br /> <br />5 <br />
