<br />/ <br />/ <br />/ <br />/// <br /> <br />EXflIBJr C <br /> <br />TOWN OF SAN LUIS <br />RESOLUTION NO, _.P- r 2~~_ <br /> <br />EMERGENCY DECLARATIONS HEALTH HAZARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of San Luis met <br />in San Luis, Colorado on August -i--, 1987, in special emergency <br />session, at which time a quorum was Present; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees o~ the Town of San Luis is <br />responsible for the health and safety of the citizens of the Town <br />of San Luis and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the conduct of its specific duties, the Board of <br />Trustees has reviewed information which establishes that a health <br />and safety emergency exists due to the health hazard to our <br />constituents from homes with water-filled basements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the potential for a health hazard remains so high <br />the Board of Trustees feels it must go on ~ecord as recommending <br />that the Governor favorably consider this request made by the <br />d~ly elected public officials of the Town of San Luis for a <br />dete=mination that a disaster emergency, caused by the health and <br />safety emergency, exists. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF <br />THE TOHN OF SAN LUIS, that a state of emer<jency due to a health <br />hazard exists in the Town of San Luis, <br /> <br />DATED this <br /> <br />/14 day of __~JL~_,_' 1987, <br /> <br />BOARD OF TRUS1'EES OF THE <br />TOWN OF SAN LUIS <br /> <br />~, <br />"-.~ <br />BY: <br /> <br /> <br />"'""(2-.-,/, }L. <br /> <br />Town Clerk <br /> <br />-Z5- <br />
