The first one explains hazard mitigation and <br />the role of the Team. The second, sent out around the fifth day, <br />offers more detailed accounts of the Team's activities and alerts <br />citizens not to disturb the channel by filling, reclaiming, <br />demolishing, etc. The third release is sent out after the <br />Interagency Report has been published and outlines the Team's <br />recommendations. <br />
