<br />affected by the 100-year flood water surface profile for the <br />reach extending from station 78+300 feet at the downstream cor- <br />porate limit of the Town of Olathe to station 85+900 feet at the <br />upstream corporate limit of the Town of Olathe. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 2nd day of December, 1980, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being inun- <br />dated by a 100-year flood as set forth in said report except for <br />those areas within the current corporate limits of the Town of <br />Olathe: and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send acertifed copy of this resolution to the city <br />of Montrose, the Town of Olathe, the Board of county commis- <br />sioners of Montrose County, 'and the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency. <br /> <br />CE R T IE I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that. the foregoing is a true and correct copy of <br />a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />ColoradO Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, ,on the 2nd day of December, 1980, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />.It/~$c~ <br /> <br /> <br />J.
