<br />for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels <br />in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report for the study reach listed in Tables 2, 3, <br />4 and 5 meets all of the requirements for approximate information listed under the Board's "Rules <br />and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm (Jr Floodwater <br />Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, this 13th day of March, 1996, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year floodplains as described <br />in said new report, dated August 16, 1995, for the study reaches listed in Table 1 and does <br />hereby rescind that portion of Resolution No, 264 relating to the detailed floodplain information <br />for the stream reaches listed in Table 1 and that it does hereby designate and approve as <br />approximate floodplain information the 100-year floodplains as described by the floodplain <br />delineations in said new report, dated August 16, 1995, the approximate floodplain information <br />for the stream reaches listed in Tables 2, 3, 4 and 5 and does hereby rescind those portions of <br />Resolution No. 264 relating to the approximate floodplain information for the stream reaches <br />listed in Table 4 and 5 and does hereby rescind those portions of Resolution No. 96-416 relating <br />to the approximate floodplain information for the stream reaches listed in Tables 2 and 3; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the City of Colorado Springs; the City of Fountain; the City <br />of Manitou Springs; the Town of Monument; the Board of County Commissioners of El Paso <br />County; the EI Paso Regional Building Department; the Colorado Office of Emergency <br />Management; the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District; and the Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 13th day of March, 1996, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />u:M'~ <br /> <br />Daries C.
