Fish and Wildlife Service's Wetlands <br />and Grasslands Easement Programs and <br />Partners for Wildlife. the Agricultural <br />Stabilization and Conservation Service's <br />Conservation Reserve Program, local gov- <br />ernments, the V.s. Environmental Protec- <br />tion Agency, the V.s. Army Corps of Engi- <br />neers, the S.D. Department of Transpor- <br />tation. thr V.s. Bureau of Reclamation, the <br />S.D. Association of Conservation Districts, <br />the S.D. Department of Agriculture. the S.D. <br />Department of Environment and Natural <br />Rrsources, and private groups like Pheasants <br />for Everyone. <br />No acquisition funds would be needed. <br />Contributions could be required from <br />landowners who want to participate. A 50/50 <br />match for wetland management under the <br />V.s. Fish and Wildlifr Servicr's Wetlands and <br />Grasslands Easement Program should be <br />budgeted. Note that the Conservation Reserve <br />Program ends in 1995. The Agricultural <br />Stabilization and Conservation Service may <br />offer cost.shares for converting highly rrodi- <br />
