Maintain at the job site orderly files for correspondence, <br />reports of job conferenoes, Shop Drawings and sample sub- <br />missions, reproductions or original Contract Doouments in- <br />cluding all addenda, change orders, field orders, additional <br />Drawings issued subsequent to the exeoution of the Agreement, <br />Architect's clarifications and interpretations of the Con- <br />traot Documents, progress reports, and other Project-related <br />documents. <br /> <br />b. Keep a diary or log book, recording hours on the job site, <br />weather conditions, data relative to questions of extras <br />or deduotions, list of principal visitors, daily aotivities, <br />decisions, observations in general, and specific observations <br />in more detail as in the case of observing test procedures. <br />Send copies to Architect. <br /> <br />c. Record names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all Con- <br />tractors, subcontractors and major suppliers of equipment <br />and materials. <br /> <br />d. Advise Architect whenever Contractor is not currently <br />maintaining an up-to-date copy of Record Drawings at the site. <br /> <br />e. Reports: <br /> <br />a. Furnish Architect daily and weekly reports as required to <br />represent the status of the Work and of Contraotor's com- <br />pliance with the approved progress schedule, schedule of Shop <br />Drawing submissions, and other schedules. <br /> <br />9. Guarantees, Certificates, Maintenance and Operation 11anuals: <br /> <br />a. During the course of the Work, verify that guarantees, certi- <br />ficates, maintenance, and operation manuals and other data <br />required to be assembled and furnished by Contractor are <br />applicable to the items actually installed and deliver <br />these data to Architect for his review and forwarding to <br />Owner prior to final acceptance of the Project. <br /> <br />10. Completion: <br /> <br />a. Conduct final inspection in the company of Architect, Owner, <br />and Contractor and prepare a final list of items to be <br />corrected. <br /> <br />b.
