<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vatIon Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 4th day of December, 1981, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those ~reas described as beIng <br />inundated by a 100-year flood as described by the floodwater <br />surface ~levations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolutIon to the CIty <br />of Cherry Hills Village, the Urban DraInage and Flood Control <br />District, and the Federal Insurance Administration. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majo~ity vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 4th (jay of December, 1981, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />~.41~ <br /> <br />~ Will iam McDonald', Secretary <br />
