<br />West Branch Northeast Tributary to <br />Douglas Creek North <br />Unnamed Tributaries to Douglas <br />Creek North <br /> <br />Pine Creek Overflow <br />Smitl1 Creek <br />Unnlll1led tributaries to Cottonwood Creek <br />Unnlll1led tributaries to Monument Creek <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information included by <br />reference on February ]6, ]990 and republished on September 30, ]992 for the following <br />streams: <br /> <br />Camp Creek <br /> <br />Fishers Canyon <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information included by <br />reference on February ]6, ]990 and subsequently revised and published as revised on September <br />30, ] 992 for the following stream: <br /> <br />Unnamed tributary to Sand Creek West Fork (fonnerly labelled as unnamed subtributary to West Tributary of <br />Sand Creek) <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated September 30, 1992 <br />includes, either directly or by reference, detailed floodplain information which is consistent with <br />detailed floodplain information previously designated and approved by Resolution No, 264 and <br />acknowledged by Resolution No. 96-416, detailed floodplain information which is consistent with <br />detailed floodplain information previously designated and approved by Resolution No, 96-416, <br />and detailed floodplain information previously designated and approved by Reso]ution No. 96-417 <br />for various stream reaches within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they <br />were on September 30, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated September 30, 1992 <br />includes, either directly or by reference, approxiJnate floodplain information which is consistent <br />with approximate floodplain information previously designated and approved by Reso]ution No, <br />264, for various stream reaches within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as <br />they were on September 30, 1992, which have drainage areas that meet the minimum standards <br />of the procedure adopted by the Board for estimating 100-year peak flows for approximate <br />floodplain information, which information was subsequently designated as approximate floodplain <br />information with approximate hydrologic information by Resolution No, 96-416; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated September 30, ] 992 <br />includes, either directly or by reference, approxiJnate floodplain information which is consistent <br /> <br />4 <br />
