Recommendation in the plan to enforce the 100-year floodplain regulation. <br /> <br /> <br />Z. A discussion that clearly points out the need for regulating a residual <br /> <br /> <br />100-year floodplain that may remain after the plan is implemented. Also <br /> <br />point out that the existing 100-year floodplain has to be regulated until <br /> <br /> <br />it is modified by physical changes to the existing Slaughterhouse Gulch <br /> <br />William P. In <br />accordance with the terms of Agreeme~t No. ~1-8:2, your fl~ has 90 <br />calendar days from this date to submlt to Olstrlct for reVlew and <br />comment a draft Phase B report. This places the submittal of the draft <br />in the vicinity of January 14, 1983. <br /> <br />drainageway facilities. Planning for, or anticipating such changes does <br /> <br />not justify regulating anything other than the floodplain defined using <br /> <br />Accompanying this letter is a "Sele~ted Phase B ~lan".dated . <br />October, 1982.
