Persons in the RED zone should take precautions and <br />evacuate. See Appendix C for a list of identified structures. <br /> <br />2. Continue traffic control (barricades, Enforcement <br />Officers, etc.) in and near flooded areas. At this point, <br />evacuation is extremely difficult on portions of the roads <br />previously identified on page 13. In addition, the portion of <br />East 3rd street near the river has also become flooded and <br />traffic control should be implemented in this area. <br /> <br />Flooded Roads <br /> <br />3. Raise and remove property above the red zone. If the <br />predicted flood crests are higher than the red zone, evacuate <br />the structures above the RED zone. <br /> <br />4. Conduct search and rescue operations for stranded and <br />isolated persons. <br /> <br />s. Request assistance frOlll the Stats Office of Emergency <br />Services through the Fremont County Office of Emergency <br />Preparedness. <br /> <br />15 <br />
