The above mentioned items, along with the information
previously sent to you in the report entitled: "Request for
Letter of Map Revision, Bear Canyon Creek, University of
Colorado at Boulder Research Park, Boulder, Colorado"
prepared by David J. Love & Associates, Inc., dated November,
1988, should satisfy the FEMA conditions and criteria for
your issuance of the Letter of Map Revision Involving Fill
for the parcel of land being called "Pod J" of the
University's Research Park.

This LOMR is being requested by our firm on behalf of our
client, the University of Colorado at Boulder, a stte entity,
in order to take into account the recent construction of the
Research Park's Pod J grading plan sponsored and funded by
the University. This project constructed an overlot grading
landfill area adjacent to (to the northwest) of Bear Canyon
Creek. Construction of this project was initiated on October
25, 1988 and was completd on November 1, 1988. The project
was ertified by David J. Love & Associates, Inc. on November
7, 1988.
