REVISION INVOLVING FILL - UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO
AT BOULDER - RESEARCH PARK, BOULDER, COLORADO

Dear Mr, Johnson:

Following telephone conversations with Mr, Chiandra Pathak of
Michael Baker Engineers yesterday and this morning regarding
our recent request for a Letter of Map Revision for a portion
of Bear Canyon Creek, we are revising our request and are now
requesting that this be a LOMR Involving Fill only.

Enclosed are the additional items necessary to complete the
LOMR due to a parcel of land being elevated by fill. Please
find the following enclosed:

1. A certified copy of the deed indicating the legal
description of the parcel of land and the official
recordation information bearing the seal of the Recorder
of Deeds for Boulder County. please note that the
parcel for which we are requesting the ruling is a
portion of Parcel 1 listed in the attached deed.
However, we are also enclosing a copy of the boundary
survey which more specifically describes the actual
parcel,

2. A signed copy of FEMA form entitled: "Request for
Letter of Map Revision Involving Fill".

3. A signed copy of FEMA form entitled: nCommunity
ACknowledgement of Request for Letter of Map
Revision Involving Fill". This was signed by the
director of flood control for the City of Boulder,
Alan R. Taylor.
