in Film 986 at Reception No. 253286 of the Boulder County Records,
containing 0,4905 acres, more or less.

On January 13, 1989, we received all technical data necessary to process the
request. We have reviewed the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), with respect
to these data, and have determined that the above-mentioned property has
been filled to or above the base flood elevation and is no longer within the
SFHA, AO, depth 1 foot, but is located in Zone B, where flood insurance is
available at low cost. This determination is based on the best flood data
available at the present time.

As required by legislation, a community must adopt and enforce floodplain
management measures in order to ensure continued eligibility to participate
in the National Flood Insurance Program. Therefore, the City of Boulder,
Colorado, must enforce these regulations using, at a minimum, the elevations
and zone designations in the SFHAs as shown on your community's FIRM,
including the modification made by this Letter of Map Revision.
