This is in response to a letter dated December 29, 1988, from Hs. Nancy B.
Love of Love and Associates, Inc., Boulder, Colorado, requesting that the
Federal Emergency Hanagement Agency (FEHA) determine whether Pod J,
University of Colorado at Boulder-Research Park, being a portion of Parcel
No.1, located in the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty-
Three, Township One North, Range 70 West of the 6th P.H., as described in
the Deed, as recorded in Book 978, Pages 170-172, Reception No. 555326, in
the Office of the Recorder, Boulder County, Colorado, is located within the
Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA).

Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 33, whence the
Northwest corner of said section bears NOO"15'49"W a distance of
