<br />fmpro~e~ent Costs <br />Estimated construction costs for the proposed master drainage plan <br />are baSed in large part on unit cost data pro~ided by the City Engineer. <br />Costs are assumed to reasonably re~resent 1982 conditions. ~hey include <br />labor and overhead for each item. Also includedwfth each esti:nate are <br />costs for land acquisition. legal, administrath!!. cOntinq!!nc)!. and <br />engineerin~ fees. <br />Tables 18 and 19 sunmarize the esti~.ated costs for the basic <br />elements of each 1mpro~ement such as trunk and outfall lines. Not included <br />are costs necessary to totally co~plete a given project such as the <br />number of catch basins. laterals. and necessary street improve~nts. <br />Acurate determlnation of these costs will require addit10nal site specific <br />enqineeringdata. Tables 18 and 19 include only total costs.
