<br />Advioory Board, woose mcm~rs included representatives of UDFeD, Town of Eric, Boulder County,
<br />Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). and Union Pacific Railroad (UPM). The study Wf\';
<br />prepared undeT UDFeD Agreement No. 99-04.09.
